An interesting one, I have not yet tried this but something I would like to look into?
As we have been shaken up by the covid crisis many of us will have taken a hard hit in our work and salary. Me being in the music and entertainment industry it is safe to say that this will not recover anytime soon and with shows looking less likely to come back to how they once where is something that I can only dream of.

As someone who love clothes this is not a great time to go out and spend spend spend on new cloths. We can all be a little more greener and save a heck of a lot of money if we explore these new schemes that are popping up.

There are now several apps that you can download that will allow you to find items that you like and do a swap - yep that's it no money just swap it. I have put up a link to an article that suggests some of these apps. https://www.countryliving.com/.../g290.../clothes-swap-apps/

Will this be something you start doing?

WHATS ARE THE EFFECTS OF CLOTHES ON OUR ENVIRONMENT AND WHY TRY CLOTHES SWAPPING or BUY SECOND HAND
*85% of all textiles go to the dump each year. :
*Fashion production makes up 10% of humanity's carbon emissions.
*Washing clothes, meanwhile, releases 500,000 tons of microfibers into the ocean each year — the equivalent of 50 billion plastic bottles.
*The fashion industry is also the second-largest consumer of water worldwide.
*Buying/swapping second hand cloths will save you LOADS of money.
* Your unique vintage style looks more authentic.
* You reduce your carbon footprint
*Doesn't promote exploitative work conditions.
