Wow what a big question! but it does not have to be. Again we get made to feel so over whelmed by the climate issue that we will fall flat on our face before we even start.
SO LET ME TELL YOU WHAT I HAVE TRIED TO GIVE YOU SOME IDEA.
Since 2017 I decided to cut out meat from my diet, this was a choice I made not because someone forced me into it but I wanted to make some lifestyle changes that will improve my health and diet as well as having a more positive impact on my carbon footprint and for me a moral choice as well. I was seeing too many scenes of how we kill animals and I just couldn't take it anymore, something happened to me as if the wool off my eyes was lifted.

It is a fact not opinion! that our meat consumption is a massive massive contributor to green house gases. Most of the soya that is grown in natural areas of beauty (forest cut down) is grown to feed the cattle that we then eat! AGAIN INSAIN (https://academic.oup.com/af/article/9/1/69/5173494)

Now I am not saying this is for everyone and I am defiantly not trying to preach going veggie or vegan even tho it has done wonders for my health, However we can be a little more flexible with what we eat. My granddad had a perfect diet - he did not over consume and he was not necessarily a vegan or veggie but he had days when he would eat meat. For example Friday was a fish day, Sunday was a meat day and in-between was lots of veggies and lentils. He did not over buy his meat and loaded it in the freezer but bought only when he was going to have it.

I think it also comes down to how passionate you are with trying to help the climate crisis, are you willing to go further then just swapping your plastic bag to a reusable one? I worry about how the world will look when my kids grow up so I am willing to make steps to help reduce my carbon footprint and help others make greener choices, However it does start with you...

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO CHANGE?
